Consulting Packages

Hourly appointments are either in person or virtual meetings that will be billed by the hour. The first two hours will be $70 and $20 for every hour afterwards. During these meetings, you have access to help with set up, copying systems that I have in place in phases, customization and help with advertising in person. You also have access to me and my resources in the event you need help with an advocacy case. In between meetings communications are free as long as they are under 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, you will be billed from the 1st minute.

The materials only package is simply paying for the materials and structure without the help with set up. Different materials have different prices. For example- access to copy a Student Hub is $80 while access to a copy of a monthly or weekly lesson plan template is $30. If you would like access to everything, that would be a bulk price of $500. This includes access to contracts, templates, data collection sheets, selected teaching materials and more. Again, this does not include help with setup or customization.

If you would like to have access to certain or all materials and periodic meetings for help, this is the package for you. The price would be whatever materials you purchase and $50 an hour per meeting. In between meetings communications are free as long as they are under 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, you will be billed from the 1st minute.
Consulting Terms and Agreements
Payment:
Payment must be made via cash or Zelle (payable to Little Lights Tutoring, kfarmer@littlelightstutoring.org). The client should submit payment 24 hours before services are rendered. Payment must be received or services will be discontinued. Any payment exceeding the agreed upon fee will be considered a donation to Little Lights Tutoring. No donation will be accepted in exchange for any preferential or special treatment, extra services, free services or any favors.
Services:
Services should be chosen by client- Hourly Appointments, Materials Only or Mixed Consultations
I offer true, honest services and cannot be persuaded with money or gifts to appease any client or perform services not agreed upon. In the event that a third party has to be brought in, the client will receive access to all knowledge and correspondence between the consultant and any outside parties involved. Any IEP, medical or other confidential information will be kept confidential and only shared and or talked about with authorized parties. Authorized parties are client and consultant unless permission is given in written form to share information otherwise. These are the services that will not change or be altered based on any gift, monetary donation or persuasion from any party.
Appointments:
Each appointment should be scheduled via phone, email online or text message at least a week before the desired time of service. Any appointment that needs to be scheduled in less than a week will have an additional $20 fee. The only expectations to this will be if a sooner date is more convenient for both parties. Appointments are in person, Google Meet, Zoom or phone meetings. Appointments are considered as, but not limited to help setting up materials, support with an advocacy case, helping to advertise, or outsourcing teaching materials . This does not include any correspondence between parties for additional help with setup.
Correspondence:
Any form of correspondence that lasts 10 minutes or more will be billed from the 1st minute. Correspondence includes virtual meetings, emails, phone calls and long text chains to any involved party. If any form of correspondence that includes outside consultations, research or prolonged explanations will also be billed from the 1st minute.
Cancellations:
If the party requesting consultation services is a no-show for an appointment or fails to provide appointment information (link to online meeting, address, correct time, etc.), payments may not be refunded. If either party does not choose to continue correspondence, all billable services will be billed and due no later than 24 hours after the bill is sent and services will be terminated immediately. If there is an attempt to reach out to either party and no response is given in 72 hours, services will be terminated and any and all payments will be billed and due within 24 hours of the bill being sent. The only exceptions to these conditions are emergency meeting cancellations: medical emergencies, recent family loss, recent car trouble and home emergency. All services are able to be stopped at any time for any reason from any party. All services are able to be resumed as long as both parties agree and the contract is renewed. Pausing services can be done upon request from wither party and take place immediately. Resuming services does not require any new contracts.
Should it be necessary for either party to cancel an appointment, there should be proper communication sent by 9:30pm the night before an appointment. Both parties will be considerate of the scheduled appointments and will plan around them. If either party cancels, an alternative date will be discussed. If an alternate date isn’t applicable, the consultant will provide all information collected via phone, Google Meet, etc. before the appointment. No payment will be expected until rescheduled services are rendered or the party requesting information has been properly informed. If either party is late to an appointment, they will promptly reach out to each other.
